Returns & Refund Policy

At Decospace.shop, customer satisfaction matters to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your wall art purchase, eligible physical products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the date of delivery.

Return eligibility

To be accepted for return, the item must be unused, kept in its original condition, and sent back with all original packaging, accessories, and included hardware. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is also required, and products customized beyond the standard options shown on the product page are not eligible.

Return authorization process

You must contact us before sending any product back so the return can be reviewed and approved. Once approved, we will provide a prepaid return label, packing instructions, and a Return Authorization number that must appear clearly on the outside of the package; returns sent without prior approval will not be processed.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us promptly if your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, including issues involving the frame, print, packaging, size, design, color, or mounting hardware. After review, we will arrange an appropriate resolution based on the issue reported.

Non-returnable items

Certain products are excluded from returns, including custom or personalized items, final sale or clearance products, and goods that were damaged after delivery because of misuse or improper handling. These exclusions apply even if a general return window would otherwise exist.

Exchanges

If you want a different item, you should begin with the return process for the original order and then place a separate new order. Once the returned item is approved, any eligible credit may be used toward the replacement purchase.

Refund timing

After the returned item is received and inspected, which typically takes 3 to 5 business days, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be sent to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days, although banks or payment providers may require an additional 3 to 10 business days to complete processing.
