Order processing: We prepare orders within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Transit: Typical delivery transit takes 3–5 business days.

Estimated total delivery: Most customers receive orders within 4–7 business days from the purchase date.

Packaging and protection

We package items to minimize risk during transport: posters are rolled and shipped in sturdy protective tubes, canvas prints and framed pieces are boxed with reinforced double-layer protection, and included hanging hardware is provided where applicable to simplify installation.

Tracking and delivery requirements

You will receive tracking information once your order ships (typically within 24 hours of dispatch). Shipments over $200 may require a delivery signature for added security.

Order exceptions and cancellations

We may delay, split-ship, or cancel orders in cases of inventory issues, incorrect address information, or suspected fraud; you will be notified and refunded when appropriate. Custom or personalized items cannot be canceled once production begins.

International orders and fees

If ordering from outside the U.S., you are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees assessed by your country; these charges are not included in our listed prices or shipping costs.
